Company formation in Romania for non-EU citizens

A separate procedure for projects involving founders, shareholders or directors from outside the European Union.

The preliminary professional assessment is mandatory, starting from €300 + VAT. Accepted projects may then continue through the SIS service, starting from €2,500 + VAT.

The initial enquiry is used only to verify eligibility. Personalised guidance is provided exclusively within the contracted assessment.

After the written outcome, accepted projects may continue through the SIS service — Support for foreign investors, starting from €2,500 + VAT. The assessment fee already paid and the standard €900 + VAT SRL formation package are credited against the SIS fee.
