International founders

Coordinated formation for clients based abroad

A significant part of the process may be managed remotely through an organised flow of information, documents and approvals.

Specific requirements may vary according to the project structure, country of origin and requests made by the institutions or service providers involved.

Noventia Services does not guarantee timelines or decisions that depend on authorities, banks or third parties. Applicable conditions are communicated after the project has been reviewed.

Projects involving non-EU citizens

These projects follow a separate procedure. Before any personalised guidance or company formation offer, a preliminary professional assessment is mandatory, starting from €300 + VAT.

Accepted projects may continue through the SIS service — Support for foreign investors, starting from €2,500 + VAT. The assessment fee already paid and the standard SRL formation package (€900 + VAT) are credited against the SIS fee.

After formation, a monthly interim General Management service may be contracted separately: €1,800 + VAT/month in Pitești or €2,300 + VAT/month elsewhere in Romania.
