Remote company formation
In many situations, the incorporation can be carried out fully remotely. Documents are prepared, signed and submitted through a procedure coordinated by Noventia Services, and communication with foreign entrepreneurs takes place entirely by email, phone or video conference.
However, certain Romanian Trade Registry offices may request the physical presence of the administrator or shareholders after the documentation has been filed, depending on their own assessments and internal procedures.
This decision does not depend on Noventia Services and cannot be anticipated with certainty at the beginning of the process. When such a requirement arises, we provide logistical and organisational assistance to schedule and prepare the trip.
